the burberry isle
Sunday, September 10, 2006moved into my new student flat for the final year of uni last week.
spacious, light and equipped with full fire alarm system (includng
those break glass boxes) it'll do just fine. managed to manoeuvre my
bicycle down the flight of stairs to the front door and steamed out
the door to see the sea.
for all of portsmouths downfalls (yep, every single chav) i love it.
seeing the solent, the isle of wight and the pride of portsmouth
(ferry) just feels so good, so familiar. this year will be so
different from previous, due to the absence of those who've already
graduated, but i can't wait to call pompey my home again.
plus, bbc south today's mike powell and roger johnson will continue to
make my evenings, with their constant dicking about on live tv.
bring it on.

::You seem to have forgotten the one and only Sally Taylor!!
Hopefully, Daniel Corbett is still doing the main weather before Neighbours.
Ah, wish I was going back...

added on to my last comment; you know how much I though Daniel Corbett was the best the BBC had to offer, well it appears other people also believe this and he now has is own Wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Corbett

You're lucky you don't have Points West... there's one particular newsreader that the european studies students of the area (yes, the two of us) seem to have taken a dislike to. I think it's because since she appeared one of the veterans has just... well... gone. It's not right.
Anyway, enough of that. Can you get in touch please Mr Robinson?! Just an email or something...
