saw three foxes walking home from the nightbus on saturday night.
i've never really seen them close up before, and they're a bit spooky. really gristly legs, pointy noses and generally grubby looking.
what was weird was how close they came to us. completely unbothered two drunk, tired humans walking towards them, they crossed the road about fifteen metres in front and stared at us when they reached the pavement. then they'd lope into someone's front garden and just disappear. we saw all three run through peoples front gates and by the time we reached the house in question...they'd gone.
i'd love to know where they went.
